The Up and Under is a potent attacking weapon putting all the pressure on the defending team for either a clear catch or to clear the ball from the pressure zone.
Body to be in 45 degree angle to direction of kick
Lay the ball in same hand as kicking foot, not against the palm but towards the fingers
Non kicking foot’s hand supports the ball
Non kicking foot points towards the direction you are kicking the ball
Work the power under the ball and up towards the top of the ball
Don’t kick it too hard but follow through with your leg. Kicking leg works upwards.
