Ross Munro Williams is a passionate and driven coach who firmly believes in the value of skills coaching and decision making in youth Rugby players. He is a firm believer that South African players have been devoid of any skill acquisition and decision making abilities as a result of being forced into restrictive game plans devoid of any decision making or freedom of expression from an early age. Ross’s main ambition with this site is to help transform the way South African coaches approach coaching at schoolboy level.
Ross has been involved with many teams over a 10 year period including being the first South African College High School Rugby Coaching Coordinator from 2011 – 12, the University of Cape Town’s u20A1 Assistant Coach during the Varsity Cup Young Guns competition from 2012 – 2013, the Villager FC 1st XV Assistant Coach from 2014 – 15 and the Ikey Tigers 1st XV Technical Coach in the Varsity Cup in 2019.
Ross is currently not coaching due to work commitments.
What is Ross up to beside coaching?
