KEY FACTORS

Body to be in 45 degree angle to direction of kick
Lay the ball in same hand as kicking foot, not against the palm but towards the fingers
Non kicking footÕs hand supports the ball
Non kicking foot points towards the goal post
Drop the ball slightly behind the non kicking foot toes
The ball should bounce straight up
Work the kicking foot through the ball seam
Keep body upright
Shoulders in direction of kick
